RICK Ridgewell has resigned as the chief executive of Macquarie DDR Trust after a taking up the post this year.
Ridgewell has been at the helm of the trust since May this year, after a five year stint as managing director of Macquarie Real Estate Asia.

In the interim until a replacement is appointed, the management team of MDT will report to Simon Jones – co-head of Macquarie Real Estate Capital.
