CER changes fund manager

CENTRO Retail Trust has appointed a new fund manager following the resignation of Shane Dudley.

Dudley has been with the group for 10 years.

Kylie Trease will assume the role of the fund manager at CER.

Trease assumes this role after successfully fulfilling the role of fund manager of Centro Shopping America Trust, which recently merged with CER.
