IPGA's online property website iProperty.com.sg has entered into a strategic alliance with the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents.
Executive chairman Patrick Grove said the alliance will see more property agents joining IEA as members and listing their properties on the portal.
“iProperty.com.sg’s partnership with IEA will also ensure that the properties listed on the portal are represented by professional real estate agents. All real estate agents will also be required to post a photograph of themselves, thereby minimizing the chances of consumers being duped by rogue agents,” he added.
IEA’s president Jeff Foo said this partnership will benefit not only consumers, but also help in boosting the credibility of the real estate agents here as well as increasing their productivity.
