APN Funds Management's Diversified Property Fund has received a "Recommended" rating from Lonsec.
The APN Diversified Property Fund is a $50 million fund giving investors exposure across a broad range of APN’s funds, domestically and internationally.
The APN Diversified Property Fund managed by Damian Diamantopoulos invests in a range of specialist APN property funds including the APN Direct Property Fund; APN International Property for Income Fund; APN Property for Income Fund No 2 and the APN Euro Property Fund.
