SAVILLS has formed an association with Heilo Eiendom, a Norwegian based property advisory firm.
Founded in 1994, Heilo provides broking and advising on transactions and development within the retail and hotel property sectors.
The association gives Savills a foothold in the strong Norwegian commercial property market and complements the firm’s existing Scandinavian office in
Savills Commercial’s chairman Jeremy Helsby said the association is a direct response to the growing prominence of the Scandinavian investment market.
