JONES Lang LaSalle has made a bid for Corporate Realty Advisors, one of North Carolina’s leading corporate advisory services for an undisclosed amount.

As part of the takeover, CRA’s managing partners John Stubbs and Austin Koon, along with partners Michael Morgan and Louis Stephens, will join JLL as managing directors, along with seven additional employees.
The new team will report to managing director Chris Wasko.
