BABCOCK & Brown Communities has settled on its $7.6 million purchase of the Homestay Village in Perth, Western Australia.
BBC’s managing director John Martin said the Homestay acquisition further strengthens the group’s position in WA and compliments its existing Fini portfolio of villages.
Homestay comprises an 80 established Independent Living Unit retirement village and associated community facilities.
