Becton settles big purchase

BECTON has settled on the purchase of the Australian Capital Reserve and Estate Property Group portfolio.

The EPG portfolio comprises nine residential apartment developments in New South Wales and Victoria; a near-complete commercial office in NSW; and seven undeveloped sites in NSW, including a key development site in Waterloo.
