BECTON has successfully raised $68 million, which will be used to partially fund the acquisition of a portfolio of development properties from Estate Properties Group for $533 million.
Becton issued 16 million stapled securities at a price of $4.25 per stapled security, which represents approximately 11% of the capital previously on issue.
Following completion of the Estate acquisition, Becton’s gearing ratio will rise to
approximately 43%.
