PROCTER & Gamble Company has renewed its strategic alliance relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle.
JLL will continue to provide facility management and project management services to P&G’s global office portfolio entailing approximately 16.5 million sq ft.
P&G initially retained JLL in 2003 for a five-year term. Since the initial engagement, locations have been added as P&G has acquired Gillette and Wella.
P&G’s director of global facilities and real estate Lydia Jacobs-Horton said this new contract is signed a year in advance of the original expiration to maintain business continuity.
“The new contract is evidence of a strong partnership with aligned expectations, and enables our team to identify and implement continuous service enhancements to benefit P&G employees around the world,” she added.
“Our integrated team has produced industry-leading results with P&G, and with the renewal of our relationship, I am confident that we will continue to raise the bar on efficient, high-quality service,” JLL’s managing director Peter Bulgarelli said.
