ESPLANADA Property Fund is seeking to raise funds through a proposed placement of units.
EPF intends to issue up to 17,367,444 new units at 19.5 cents per unit, raising up to $3.38 million. The units will rank equally with existing units in all other respects.
EPF said the raising will enable the fund to acquire further property related assets consistent with the investment strategy of the fund.
