THE West Australian Planning Commission has given approval for LandCorp to seek community feedback for the Perry Lakes residential estate.
WA Planning and Infrastructure Minister Alannah MacTiernan the draft residential plan is part of the Perry Lakes Redevelopment Act and broader State planning policy.
“The plan provides for almost 16% public open space and a mix of single residential lots and group housing sites. It also proposes a total of 126 lots, which will provide for up to 588 dwellings.
“We welcome comment from the community and all feedback received during this advertising period will be thoroughly assessed,” she added.
The WAPC will then conduct a final review and provide the State Government with its recommendation.
