MACARTHURCOOK said its Properties Securities Fund has no direct exposure to the United States sub-prime mortgage market.
MacarthurCook said the funds US investment funds invest entirely in real estate assets and do not invest in mortgage securities.
The fund’s investments are now diversified across 29 real estate investment managers and 51 listed and unlisted funds.
