ORCHARD has made two senior management appointments to the group.
Tim Collyer joins Orchard as the head of listed funds and will oversee the Orchard Industrial Property Fund.
Prior to joining Orchard, Collyer was the property trust manager at Australand for six years.
Also joining Orchard is Bernadette Spiteri as the new head of investment services. She was the head of retail business for portfolio partners and has also held senior roles with Centro MCS and BT Funds Management, where she was an executive vice president and head of the company’s
Orchard’s chief executive David Hinde said Orchard has undergone significant change and growth over the past 18 months.
