BMax new fund target regional centres

BMax Asset Management led by property developer Max Delmege and former rugby league international turned investor Ben Elias, have launched a new property fund.

The BMax Property Trust is offering retail investors an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of commercial properties and developments in regional Australia and established cities.

Delmege said there are tremendous opportunities in Australia’s regional areas.

“This category of property is now generating increased interest and we believe that BMax Property Trust will be able to offer competitive yields coupled with exciting growth prospects compared to other property sectors,” he added.

Delmege said that BMax’s initial primary strategic focus will be on regional New South Wales and Queensland, especially in the fast-growing south-eastern corner of QLD, an area in which Delmege and Elias have had significant success.

With offices across NSW and QLD, BMax Asset Management is leveraging on the infrastructure of Max Delmege’s Delmege Commercial Pty Ltd, which has built a diverse portfolio of well over $200 million – and has also successfully established real estate agencies in two states.

Both Delmege and Elias will be cornerstone investors in this fund.
