DB RREEF's "Bounty" on Sydney

IN true style of Captain Bligh, DB RREEF – the Dutch master is set to make its mark on Sydney.

The trust has launched a new 42,000 sqm building to be known as Space, 1 Bligh · Sydney, on the corner of Bligh, Bent and O’Connell Streets, in the heart of Sydney’s financial district.

The building has been designed by German architect Christoph Ingenhoven of Ingenhoven Architekten, which has a targeted 6 Star Green Star rating and a 5 star ABGR rating.

The development is owned in partnership between DB RREEF Trust, with 68.2%, and DB RREEF’s wholesale unlisted property fund – DB RREEF Wholesale Property Fund, with 31.8%.

Construction is scheduled to begin next year, with completion scheduled for late 2010, early 2011.
