REKNOWN Melbourne real estate agency Hocking Stuart has sold off the block for around $20 million.
The agency’s founders Greg Hocking and Andrew Stuart have sold the property to eight directors within the Hocking Stuart franchise, including Steve Tickell, who operates Brighton, Sandringham, Mentone and Mt Eliza, and Scott McElroy who operates Carlton and Brunswick.
The agency first opened 22 years ago and today has more than 40 franchise offices, employing more than 500 people.
Joint managing director Andrew Stuart will continue to operate the Albert Park Hocking Stuart business, whilst Greg Hocking will retreat and pursue other business interests.
