THE West Australian Government is seeking expressions of interest in the redevelopment of the former Carine TAFE campus.
Planning and Infrastructure Minister Alannah MacTiernan said strong interest was expected in the 7.92 hectare site that was within 15km of the Perth CBD and just minutes from the coast.

A childcare centre located on the site will remain in its current location and will not be part of the redevelopment.
MacTiernan said developing in partnerships enabled LandCorp to extend its focus to include not only the subdivision design, but also building designs to create sustainable communities for generations to come.
