AUSTRALIAN Hotel Fund has revalued the Peppers Anchorage Resort.
The property has been revalued $19.5 million up from $18.7 million.
AHO has also revalued the Peppers Manor House, at $7.6 million compared to $7.2 million.
Based on the new valuations the trust’s forecast NTA at June 30 2007 is 39.7 cents post the 2.10 cent distribution declared June 19 2007.
