UNITHOLDERS in the APN Property Plus Portfolio fund have voted to extend the life of the fund until 2012.
The fund is an unlisted fixed term property fund, which was launched in 2002 and owns 27 petrol and retail property outlets throughout
The fund is managed by APN Funds Management Limited.
The RE put a proposal to unitholders to extend the life of the fund and introduce a slightly broader mandate for acquisition opportunities as well as introducing a limited redemption facility.
These proposals were approved by the unitholders.
