MIA's Lawrence looks for new challenges at Aspen

ANTON Lawrence, of Managed Investments Assessments, has joined Aspen Group as its new chief investment officer of property securities.

Lawrence, a property researcher, co founded MIA Research along with Kate Gymer in 2003. Both were previously with Property Investment Research.

Aspen’s managing director said this newly created position reflects the continued growth in Aspen‘s fund management activities.

”The appointment of Mr Lawrence adds to the group’s capabilities as an innovative manager of property funds and will drive further new product development, generating attractive new income sources for the group,” he added.
