CANADIAN based resort real estate broker Playground Real Estate has teamed up with Colliers International to startup a new business in Australia and New Zealand.
The Colliers-Playground joint venture will also target the real estate market in Asia Pacific.

The master-planned community is one of the world’s ultimate experiential destination resorts set over 3,000 acres of countryside.
The master-planned community will feature a $1-billion village centre including boutique stores, restaurants and private residences.
Colliers-Playground Asia-Pacific has joined forces with Equity Partners, Darby Partners Ltd. and Fletcher Construction to develop the resort.
Colliers International’s president James Horne said Playground has a history of connecting people with the ultimate places to play.
“They offer the best knowledge in the world in this field. They know what people want and they know what works.” he added.
Established in 2001 by Intrawest, Playground has successfully sold properties in world class communities including Maui, Whistler, the French Alps,
