SUTHERLAND Farrelly has negotiated the sale of three properties at auction in Melbourne.

Finally, a two storey brick office building located at 43 O’Connell Street, North Melbourne sold for $730,000. The property is currently leased at $40,170 per annum and with a secure three year lease with a further three year option.
