FINANCIAL services group WHK Group has bought the Perth operation of Grant Thornton.
The office will soon be renamed WHK Horwath.
The firm currently has six partners, 65 staff and records $9.5 million in annual revenue. WHK has forecast its revenue will rise $51.1 million as a result of the acquisition.
