Namberry will soon be renamed Lifestyle Communities after taking over an over 55s village operator and developer.
Yesterday, shareholders overwhelmingly approved Namberry’s acquisition of the Lifestyle Communities Group, an operator and developer of resort-style, independent-living villages exclusively for those aged 55 and over.
As part of the acquisition, Namberry will be renamed Lifestyle Communities Limited and will now focus on capitalising on growing demand from baby boomers and retirees for affordable lifestyle housing.
