Mission complete for Rubicon Japan

RUBICON Japan Trust has settled the acquisition of a portfolio of four Japanese office properties for ¥10.5 billion ($A105.3 million).

The office properties are located in Tokyo, Sendai and Sapporo.

Following this acquisition, RJT now has a total of approximately ¥88.4 billion ($A886.7 million) in Japanese real estate under management.
