LANDCOM's final land release, Coast Horizon reported more than $17 million worth of sales in the eight week's since release and only one home site remains for sale.
Landcom has now sold more than $70 million in home sites at Prince Henry, Little Bay since its launch in April 2005 with an average price of $1.585 million.
Prince Henry at Little Bay is a new coastal community now emerging on the southernmost tip of
Master planned by Landcom, Prince Henry at Little Bay encompasses 85 hectares of prime coastal land – only 35 hectares is being built on – 80 % of which will remain in public ownership.
Approximately 800 dwellings will be constructed, including prestige homes, apartments and aged care, together with a small commercial/retail village, a community centre, accommodation for seven on-site community groups and retention of the Coast Golf Course.
