VALAD has opened a new Melbourne office at 575 Bourke Street to be managed by Scott Davies as state manager of real estate development in Victoria.
Davies joins Valad from Coles Myer where he was most recently general manager retail property. Prior to Coles, Davies held senior property development and asset management roles at Multiplex.
He also has extensive commercial agency experience having worked at Knight Frank and Hooker Corporate. Davies is a former state president of the Property Council of Australia, registered valuer and licensed agent.
Valad also appointed Wendy Boxall as the new fund manager of Valad Office Fund. Boxall is a chartered accountant, brings to the position over 10 years of financial services experience.
Trinity’s development subsidiary Consolidated Properties is also expanding into Melbourne as well as
Sinclair has a 27-year career in property including senior development management positions with Baulderstone Hornibrook and CB Richard Ellis.
Meanwhile in
Trinity has also appointed retail industry specialist Andi Avdyl as the new national leasing manager.
Avdyl has 21 years industry experience and for the past decade has worked as a senior director of retail services at CBRE, after joining the agency in 1986 and specialising in retail from that time.
