THE Court of Session in Edinburgh, Scotland has approved Stockland's proposal to takeover Halledale.
This follows Halladale Shareholders voting in favour of the takeover in March.
Following both approvals, Stockland has finalised the acquisition.

David Lockhart will become executive chairman of Stockland Halladale, while Lisa Scenna and Ken Lindsay will be the joint managing directors.
