LAING+Simmons has sold a single level warehouse at Chippendale in Sydney for $5.07 million, setting a new benchmark for the area.

Selling agent Laing+Simmons Commercial’s Lindsay Sturrock said the property offers a vast array of usage options has flexibility of usage plus large space.
Laing+Simmons Commercial also had success with the sale of four dilapidated residential blocks at 315, 317, 321 and 327 New South Head Road, Double Bay, bringing its total value of properties sold at yesterday’s auction to more than $12 million.
Selling agents were Paul Hunter and Tom Norton and the properties were purchased by one private investor for $7.3 million.
Hunter said the sales now open the way for restoration of these properties or redevelopment of the sites by the new owner.
