PAUL Baxter has returned to Colliers International after a three year hiatus.
Baxter was previously a member of Colliers International’s Knowledge Systems division, where he was heavily involved in Colliers International’s early push on issues of environmental sustainability, digital property and workplace change.
Yesterday, he took over the role general manager of Business Development for the company’s Real Estate Management Division.
Baxter will be using knowledge and expertise heavily in his new role, particularly in working with clients to address shifting building requirements bought on by the rising drive for ABGR and Green Star ratings.
