INTERNATIONAL ceramic and tableware company Villeroy & Boch has signed a major deal to relocate its headquarters to the $55 million Focus development at Brookvale, in Sydney's Northern Beaches.

On April 16, Villeroy & Boch join tenants Modern Teaching Aids, Lollipops Childcare and others in the $55 million Focus integrated development, which occupies a two-hectare site
The integrated development totals some 17,000 sqm of lettable space, comprising 6,600 sqm of ‘A’ grade office space and 31 high-clearance warehouses.
Just one of the warehouses, and less than half of the office space, remain.

The office space is spread over two interconnected two and four level security buildings with floorplates ranging from 780 to 1,210 sqm, and 170 undercover car spaces.
