LANDMARK White through its subsidiary LMW Invest has bought a 55% shareholding in Guardian Securities.
Guardian focuses on property syndication and mortgage funds.
The principals of Guardian are Guy Hasenkam, Chris Kite and John Schwartz. All three have extensive experience in the property, finance and managed funds industries. Hasenkam and Kite have both signed 3 year employment agreements.
LandMark White has subscribed $400,000 cash for this shareholding. These funds will be used as working capital in the Guardian business.
In addition, LandMark White has appointed two directors to the board of Guardian. LandMark White Chairman, Glen White, has been appointed chairman and LandMark White chief executive Brad Piltz has been appointed a non-executive director.
