Metroland Australia through its subsidiary Kings Properties has settled on the sale of Building X at 16-20 Mountain Street, Ultimo for $11 million.
As part of the deal, Kings has now commenced the refurbishment work as a contractor to the purchaser Australasian Performing Right Associations and Australasian Mechanical Copyright Owners Society for $8.6 million.
The work is expected to complete in 8 months.
