Vale Kevin Fitzpatrick

Well known property industry identity and chief executive of Cbus Property, Kevin Fitzpatrick has passed away suddenly on Monday.

Fitzpatrick, aged 58, had been chief executive of Cbus Property, formerly Australian Super Developments for the past five and a half years.

He joined ASD in July 2001 after a successful career in the property sector spanning 35 years as a manager of direct property and investment and construction and engineering projects.

Cbus chairman Mark Ford said Fitzpatrick’s contribution to the property development and construction industry in Australia was significant and that he was widely known, highly respected and well liked throughout the property development and construction industry and Australian business community.

“He will be sadly missed by so many people with whom he worked and connected,” Ford said.

Fitzpatrick leaves his wife, Christine, and two children and three grandchildren.
