Former head DTZ Australia David Steventon has been appointed chief executive of DTZ Asia Pacific.

The move follows the appointment of CY Leung’s to Chairman of Asia Pacific. Edmund Tie has been named as Vice Chairman.

DTZ employs some 6,000 people across 38 offices in nine countries across the Asia Pacific region.
Leung was appointed Chairman in December when DTZ Holdings plc announced its purchase of the remaining 70% stake in its
Leung and Tie both formally joined DTZ in 1999, following an equity exchange. CY, formerly the Chairman of the
Tie, Executive Chairman of DTZ South East Asia, has more than 35 years experience in real estate.
