CVC Limited and its 50% joint venture partner, Winten Property Group have been appointed by Aspen Group to development the Fern Bay Seaside Village.
CVC said while the terms of the development agreement have not been finally agreed, the total transaction value is expected to be for approximately $76.6 million.
CVC confirms the profit guidance announced of a forecast net operating profit after tax for the full year ended June 30, 2007 of approximately $30 million.
