Investec Bank (Australia) has appointed Rick McLaren to lead its acquisitions department within its Property Investment Banking Division in Queensland.
McLaren was previously with Stockland where he was the regional manager – North Queensland for Stockland Development.
Since 1999, he has held the position of acquisitions manager and development manager in Sydney and Brisbane.
He is a qualified Valuer and is currently a member of the Australian Property Institute and Urban Development Institute of Australia.
McLaren has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
