Cromwell Group has made several changes to its executive team.
Cromwell has appointed Daryl Wilson as a director of Cromwell Property Securities and at the same time will remain finance director of Cromwell Corporation.
As a result of Wilson’s appointment, the company’s corporate legal counsel, Suzanne Morgan, has been appointed to replace Wilson as company secretary of both Cromwell Corporation and Cromwell Property Securities.
Cromwell has also appointed Paul Cronan AM to the newly created position of chief operations officer. Cronan is expected to commence in the position within 3 weeks.
He joins the company after a distinguished career in Defence Legal Division. He holds a Master of International Law degree from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws degree and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland Institute of Technology, Brisbane.
Cromwell’s executive chairman Paul Weightman said the appointments would strengthen the executive management team of the company.
