NAI Global is expanding it real estate services in China with the signing of Yuxing Real Estate in Zhejiang.
The new firm, NAI Yuxing is NAI’s fourth office in China and the firm has plans to expand to nine offices by mid-2007.
Established in 1998, NAI Yuxing is the top-ranked real estate firm in the Zhejiang Province, which is located on China’s eastern coast. The full-service brokerage specializes in office, retail, industrial and investment properties, and works with tenants, owners, developers and investors.
NAI Yuxing’s clients include leading corporations and property owners, including Guoxiu Finery, Songdu Group, MetersBonwe and City Chain Hotel.
Zhejiang is one of China’s wealthiest provinces, and has been the recent beneficiary of significant public investment in infrastructure. Manufacturing in the province is focused on electromechanical industries, textiles, chemicals, food and construction materials.
NAI’s president Jeffrey Finn said the addition of NAI Yuxing will enchance the firm’s coverage in one of China’s fastest-growing markets.
“Becoming part of NAI positions our firm to participate in the global flow of business and capital,” NAI Yuxing’s principal Yunfan Zhang said.
