Jones Lang LaSalle has been named to FORTUNE magazine’s 10th annual list of “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
JLL will take its ranking at 66. The firm is the only real estate money management and services firm to achieve this honor.
This prestigious list is compiled annually for FORTUNE magazine by the Great Place to Work Institute in San Francisco based on two factors — an evaluation of each company’s policies and culture, and the opinions of the company’s employees.
"Both our culture and our company’s success demand that we attract talented people; provide them with the resources they need to be the best and serve our clients well; and keep them engaged, motivated and satisfied throughout their careers," JLL Americas chief executive Peter Roberts said.
"The great thing about this award is that our own people are telling us we’re on the right track. We’ll continue on that path, making our firm an even better place to work in the future." he added.
JLL was also ranked 15 for compensation and tied for sixth place for its job growth of 26%.
