Colliers PRD has relocated to new offices at Sunland’s Circle on Cavill building.
Colliers International worked closely with Sunland to secure a five year lease, with options, for 1,140 sqm of A-grade office space.
Colliers International’s chief executive John Kenny said the new premier address reflects the group’s commitment to expand its presence in all sectors of the Gold Coast real estate market.
Colliers International acquired PRDnationwide in May this year.
The new office will be home to the company’s three brands Colliers International, Colliers PRD and PRDnationwide.
