Jones Lang LaSalle has bolstered its capital markets team with two new appointments.
JLL has appointed Andrew Wood as the new head of capital markets in Victoria and James Kaufman as the new investments director.
Wood has had a very successful 15 year career with Knight Frank in Melbourne holding senior positions in commercial and investment sales.
Whilst Kaufman has held the role of director in Melbourne.
Kaufman will continue to focus on his role in industrial investments and expand his scope to a broad range of asset classes.
JLL’s managing director Rhonda Sturt said Wood would join the firm on December 04, as head of its commercial and retail sales division which operates as capital markets.
“We have strengthened our capital markets capability with these senior appointments and will continue to build the team to capture the market share which JLL traditionally enjoyed.
“The commercial sales sector was an area of the business which JLL had made a strong commitment to grow as it had already done with its award winning industrial division and market leading retail sales business,” she concluded.
