Cromwell Corporation has signed two new long-term retail leases at the Regent cinema complex in Albury, New South Wales.
Wagering outlet TAB Limited and homewares retailer Egg & Spoon have taken 6½-year and five-year leases respectively.
The TAB will occupy a 260 sqm space and Egg & Spoon has taken a 218 sqm space.
The new leases leave just 31 sqm of vacant space at the centrally located complex on Dean Street, which also includes the La Porchetta restaurant.
The complex, which was originally developed in 1927, is Albury’s only cinema complex and was purchased by the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust in 2004 for $9.9 million.
