ING Office Fund has completed the $190 million conditional to partially fund the acquisition of a 20% interest in the ING Dutch Office Fund.
The placement, conducted via a bookbuild, was supported by a range of domestic and international investors, with the units priced at $1.52.
The placement was underwritten by J.P. Morgan Australia Limited and UBS.
