Port Bouvard has bought a beach site in Western Australia for $5.7 million.
The 1.4 hectares site is located land at Melros on the beach, two kilometres south of Port Bouvard.
The land comprises an operating caravan park.
Port Bouvard plans to develop the land into both short term stay and permanent stay villas and apartments.
The proposed development will comply to the current zoning of the land.
