MacarthurCook has lodged a preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore seeking the secondary listing and capital raising for the MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund.
MacarthurCook’s managing director Craig Dunstan said the Prospectus sets out the terms of the proposed invitation to investors in Singapore to subscribe for units, raising in the order of up to $S100 million ($A80 million) for the fund.
The offering and secondary listing is expected to be completed by the end of December 2006.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, one of Asia’s leading financial services groups, is the manager, underwriter and placement agent to the offering.
The lodgement of the Prospectus will enable OCBC Bank to obtain indications from investors in Singapore who may be interested making an investment under the offer.
