Tweed Heads’ latest apartment project, the $94 million Harbour Tower, has achieved a 100% settlement rate with all apartments sold off the plan.
Only 45 apartments remain for sale following the successful settlement of 142 apartments to the tune of more than $64 million last month.
The 197-room Harbour Tower resort apartments are part of a strategic 10-year vision by Twin Towns Services Club to add infrastructure to the area.
The club, one of the largest and most successful in Australia, now manages two resort towers with a total occupancy capacity of 800 people.
Figures released today by Twin Towns Clubs and Resorts, show that more than $500,000 in room revenue has been generated in the club’s new Harbour Tower in less than three months since it opened for business.
The club is also in the preliminary planning stages for a 1000-delegate conference facility that it hopes to construct on its existing premises.
Twin Towns general manager Rob Smith said the NSW Planning Department was currently considering the proposed conference facility.
The project is a joint venture between the club and Baulderstone Hornibrook.
