The Supreme Court of New South Wales has given Cromwell Corporation’s approval to convene a Scheme Meeting of its shareholders to consider the group’s stapling proposal.
Accordingly, Cromwell intends to convene a meeting of its ordinary shareholders at 4.00 pm on Wednesday December 06, 2006 in Brisbane.
The Court also gave an order that Cromwell Property Securities is justified in convening meetings of investors in Cromwell Diversified Property Trust and each of the Syndicates included in the Merger Proposal to consider the proposed Merger and Stapling Proposals announced on October 23, 2006.
Accordingly, CPS intends to convene meetings of investors in CDPT and the Syndicates on Wednesday December 06, 2006 in Brisbane.
