Colliers International has opened an office in Coffs Harbour in northern New South Wales.
Coffs Commercial, a prominent local agency specialising in commercial and industrial sales and leasing with over 46 years combined experience, has signed on to join Colliers International and will begin trading under the prominent brand name within the week.
Colliers International’s Australian chief executive John Kenny said the addition of a Coffs Harbour office was a key step in the company’s ongoing regional market expansion strategy.
“We believe Coffs’ position as a regional hub will grow even stronger in the short and long term,” he added.
The Coffs Harbour office joins offices recently opened in Albury Wodonga and Townsville, and Kenny indicated announcements of more new offices can be expected in the near future.
